Refund Policy

Zimrah is a digital subscription service billed on a monthly basis. Access to the service is provided immediately upon successful payment.

Because digital access is granted instantly, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or missed cancellations.

That said, we understand that billing issues or exceptional circumstances may occur. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue related to billing, please contact us within a reasonable time after the charge. We will review your request and respond promptly.

Cancelling your subscription will stop future charges but does not automatically result in a refund for prior payments.
